A few months ago my family and I finally bought our first home. I was so excited about our move until I realized that many of the services we had in our old home would not be able to be transferred to our new location. This was due to the fact that the service provider we currently had simply did not offer their services in the location which we were moving to. This meant that I was going to have to find a new service provider for my telephone, internet, and digital TV services. At first I did not think that this would be a difficult task at all, but it did not take long for me to realize that this initial assumption could not have been more wrong. After talking to several different service providers I quickly realized that not only did many of these providers not offer all of the services that I needed, but the ones who did have these service did not offer them at a price that I could afford. In one last effort to try and locate a service provider that could meet my needs I decided to take a trip to the Bell – Carlingwood Mall store. Today, I would like to share with you a few of the things I learned during that trip.
The first thing that I learned on my trip to the Bell – Carlingwood Mall store is that getting all of the services I needed for my new home did not need to be nearly as expensive as I originally thought. In fact, with the incredible bundle prices that this store I had to offer, I was able to get my home telephone, high speed internet, and digital TV services for less than I had paid in years. This was an especially important benefit for me considering the many other expenses that may family was enduring due to our recent home purchase.
The second thing that I learned on my trip to the Bell – Carlingwood Mall store was that there truly was no reason for me to have to keep track of several different billing cycles each month. By choosing to bundle all of the services that I needed into just one monthly plan, I was able to make keeping up with my bills easier than I could ever imagine. In fact, thanks to their automatic billing option I was able to completely eliminate the need to remember to pay my bill each month while qualifying myself for an additional discount of ten dollars each and every month. This type of convenience was one of the major reasons that I ultimately chose to get all of my services through the Bell store that day.
The third and final thing that I learned on my trip to the Bell – Carlingwood Mall store is that there are actually companies out there that are more interested in ensuring you are satisfied with your services than in selling you the most expensive products that they have. This is not something that I experienced with any of the other service providers that I had talked to. All of these other service providers seemed to only be interested in forcing me to purchase their most expensive products in order to take advantage of any promotional pricing that they may have available. At the Bell store, the entire focus was on figuring out which services best met my needs, and ensuring that the services I chose would fit into my monthly budget as well. If I indicated that I was not interested in a particular service, there was able no pressure from my sales associate to purchase this service despite my original lack of interest.
